Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned UX design leader to spearhead the development of user-centric experiences for our digital investment platforms. As Design Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and seamless digital experiences that simplify complex financial journeys.

Your mission will be to lead end-to-end UX design processes, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping. You will also be responsible for designing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.

You will define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation, presenting design concepts to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience
