As a highly skilled Creative Visionary, you will be responsible for spearheading the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. Your expertise in creative storytelling and design systems will drive the development of cutting-edge visuals that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual language strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and values\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand experiences across web, print, social, events, video, and emerging formats\
  • Design and manage scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that accelerate quality and efficiency\
  • Coach and mentor junior designers to instill a culture of critique and craftsmanship\
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure timely delivery of projects\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative AI, data visualization, and motion graphics\
  • Partner with our video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics; guide AI-assisted video editing and VFX workflows\
  • Elevate video and motion content through expert use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production\
  • Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments\
  • Expertise in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps\
  • Strong understanding of B2B creative aesthetics, business storytelling, and content or design crafted for CXOs, decision-makers, and professional audiences\
  • Ability to think strategically, detail-obsessively, and give feedback effectively\
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams\
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI first-hand in a culture that funds R&D time\
