Job Title: Strategic HR Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Director to lead our organization's human resources initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational change management initiatives.
  • Manage performance review processes, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other relevant certifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
