Job Title: Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical issues and resolve them efficiently, ensuring high product quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction through improved product quality and design.
  • Develop and maintain 2D, 3D, GA, and detail engineering drawings for effective production process implementation.
  • Implement a system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Maintain knowledge of raw materials, casting, and inspection standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Utilize computer and ERP systems effectively to track and analyze product quality data.
  • Pursue additional NDT qualifications, such as DPT, MPT, or RT, to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Work closely with fabrication technicians to provide support and guidance on quality-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of quality checks and standards, ensuring easy reference and audit compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinking with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Quality consciousness and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASTM, ASME, EN, ISO, IS, and others.
  • Familiarity with WPS according to ASME/AWS/EN.
  • A deep understanding of NDT principles and their application in quality assurance.

Education: Diploma/BTech / BE (Mechanical)
