We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team as a key member responsible for translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress themes, templates, and components
  • Evaluate website performance, ensuring responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and design accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to clarify tasks, discuss requirements, and deliver on timelines
  • Manage deployments from staging to production, troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs)
  • Communicate progress regularly and respond promptly to team messages
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native-level English for clear communication
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress (themes, child themes, plugins, custom post types)
  • Strong proficiency with Figma
  • Basic knowledge of Drupal Commerce
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira)
