We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Design, implement, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet the business requirements of our organization.
  • Customization and Development: Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, C#, and Plugins to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources into Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data and generate reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Service modules)
    • Expertise in customizing and extending DCRM Sales DCRM Service using JavaScript, C#, and Plugins
    • Strong hands-on experience in plugin development using Dataverse SDK, Power Automate, and Azure Functions
    • Advanced experience in Model-Driven Apps, including custom UI development
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Power Automate, SharePoint, Office 365, and API integrations
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to work independently while participating in design, development, and implementation of application systems
    • Actively seeks and shares knowledge with others, effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner
    • Ability to resolve challenges efficiently, working closely with project managers and executive management when needed
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience Working with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
  • Azure DevOps Experience: Experience working with Azure DevOps and continuous integration
  • Power Platform Certifications: Certified in Power Platform or willing to obtain certification
