Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and system architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM applications while ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer relationship management capabilities through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to meet business requirements.
  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM customization, workflows, Power Automate, and AI integrations.
  • Experience with VoIP integrations, AI bots, and calling systems.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools and CRM plugins.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Design and implement service-oriented architecture (SOA) and solution architecture for CRM systems.
  • Utilize ETL processes to manage data integration and migration between systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data within cloud environments, including AWS and Azure.
  • Conduct system design reviews and participate in systems engineering activities.
  • Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for efficient development workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications using languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration with other applications.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and system administration.
  • Knowledge of compliance, data security, and Azure AI tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud security principles and IT infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi.
  • Experience with programming languages including C#, Java, Ruby on Rails, or Python.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git.
  • Knowledge of information security principles including vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex systems effectively.
