Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

  • Become the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships to understand their technology roadmap and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
