Senior Observability Engineer required to lead the design and implementation of scalable observability platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building complex monitoring solutions, driving adoption of APM tooling, and embedding synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect resilient monitoring platforms with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Drive Dynatrace APM adoption with a focus on scalability, security, and ease of use.
  • Define onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources.
  • Integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed monitoring into new service architectures.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS and cloud computing.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful monitoring solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
