Key ServiceNow Order Management Role:

This highly specialized position focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for efficient order management and delivery processes. With a strong emphasis on transformative technologies, the ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's OM and CSM capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance existing ServiceNow designs and implement solutions for seamless order capture and orchestration, including integrations with third-party tools.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to design and implement best-practice ServiceNow solutions that align with platform standards.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow Order Management and CSM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize ServiceNow implementations to minimize customizations.
  • Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in Order Management and strong expertise in CSDM, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow core features and proficiency with scripted APIs, Integration Hub.
  • Ability to design, prototype, and transform ideas into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex ServiceNow implementations, including integrations with multiple systems.
