Essential Qualifications (Mandatory)
  • Senior-level investment banker with 15+ years of experience.
  • Led or participated in 30+ M&A transactions totalling $1B+, including complex deals.
  • Strong network in healthcare PE and corporate finance in India.
  • Prior board or chairman experience preferred.

The Indian healthcare market is poised for significant consolidation: ₹1.5 trillion in hospital assets are expected to change hands over the next 7 years.

We aim to build a platform that acquires and integrates small to mid-sized hospitals in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
