Job Title: Creative Visionary

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to collaborate with clients in developing innovative designs for their websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies, with the ability to deliver high-quality results that promote products and brands. You will work on a range of creatives from e-commerce to social media, bringing simplicity in design to complex briefs.

Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies is also an essential part of this role. You will oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that comply with output specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing beautiful and innovative visual content for client's digital platforms.
  • Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and market trends.
  • Delivering high-quality visual communications that promote products and brands.
  • Presenting creative solutions to respond to marketing challenges.
  • Managing the preparation of final files that meet client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital design agencies.
  • Proficiency in editing videos with animations, motion graphics & visual effects.
  • Strong affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • A consistent track record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
  • Confidence in bringing innovative ideas and creativity to projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of current design trends.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a plus.
  • Experience with on- and offline design, with emphasis on digital media.
  • Mid-level retouching skills.
  • Expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
