Visual Design Specialist

This role is proof that artificial intelligence isn't replacing visual design jobs. We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team in building the next big thing in experiential advertising.

  • Collaborate with the founding team to conceptualize and design brand campaigns for clients across various industries
  • Participate in client calls to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts
  • Design visual elements such as bottle labels, campaign mockups, and activation collaterals that bring ideas to life in the real world
  • Contribute to shaping campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative ideas that go beyond just visuals
  • Support the evolution of AquaAds' own brand identity and design voice as we scale

Key Qualifications:

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work (internship or freelance experience is fine if you've done hands-on projects)
  • A portfolio showcasing both social media work and brand/graphic design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop are must-haves), Canva, and openness to experimenting with tools like Midjourney
  • A strong eye for type, layout, and storytelling through design
  • Bonus: Motion design or basic video editing skills
