Test Architect Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Test Architect. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our testing efforts and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Pytest framework, Selenium, API testing, Appium, test architecture, and Agile methodologies.

  • Develop end-to-end testing strategies for complex software systems.
  • Design and execute automation tests using Python and Pytest framework to validate software functionality.
  • Lead API testing initiatives to ensure seamless integration and functionality of backend services.
  • Utilize Selenium for web application testing to identify and address potential issues.
  • Conduct mobile testing using Appium to enhance product performance on diverse platforms.
  • Define and establish test architecture guidelines and best practices for the team to follow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile testing methodologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance overall testing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in software testing with expertise in Python, Pytest framework, Selenium, API testing, and Appium.
  • Strong knowledge of test architecture design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and implementing Agile testing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
