As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products by developing and implementing effective quality processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customer experiences that delight customers through building tools and tests. You will also develop functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and test artifacts used in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Additionally, you will execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities and report results, following formal test architectures and project processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Build tools and tests to create customer experiences that meet high standards.
  • Develop functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and test artifacts used in the SDLC.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities and report results.
  • Track metrics such as velocity, code quality, defect density, and testing metrics across all phases.
  • Document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and steps to reproduce defects.
  • Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field is required.
  • 3+ years of application testing experience.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Relational database models and GUI tools to interact with them.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Experience testing multi-browser and mobile device systems.
  • Good customer empathy, can-do attitude, excellent written and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, passionate about building amazing products.
  • Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
  • Proficient in C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI.
