Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of derivative products, including options, futures, swaps, and other financial instruments.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate software releases to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans.
  • Work closely with quant and analytics teams to understand requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in release management, QA, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of derivative products and equity pricing models.
  • Experience working with quant and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Certifications in release management, QA, or a related field.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms.
