Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our software development team as the Delivery Head.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Java. Proven experience in delivering SaaS solutions is also required.

In this role, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. This includes ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects, managing risks and dependencies to mitigate project failures, and staying abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies and programming languages.

You will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements, and proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
