Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong Java background and be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

About the Role
  • Lead project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood
  • Review technical designs, understand Java code and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) to ensure feasibility and maintain alignment with project goals
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews
  • Track project risks, dependencies, and resolve blockers by coordinating across teams
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, time, and budget
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3–5 years as a Project Manager
  • Hands-on background in Java/J2EE development with strong understanding of OOP, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
