Job Description

A Performance Marketer drives high-impact campaigns to fuel business growth. As a strategic force behind our initiatives, you will develop and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Develop and implement campaign plans across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize performance continuously to enhance ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting.

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional who can lead our efforts in international markets, with a focus on France. If you have a strong track record of managing campaigns for global brands and are proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and plan paid campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives to discover breakthrough campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums.

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Confident in taking ownership – from setting strategy to leading execution.
