Personal Brand Strategist for Business Leaders

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and proactive Personal Branding Strategist to manage and amplify the personal brand of our business leaders across social and digital platforms.

This role involves end-to-end content planning, social media execution, reputation management, and thought leadership positioning in alignment with the business leader's voice, values, and vision.

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop a monthly content calendar tailored to the business leader's areas of expertise, interests, and business updates.
    • Align content themes with current trends, industry news, company milestones, and leadership values.
  • Content Creation & Publishing:
    • Write high-quality content including posts, tweets, articles, thought leadership blogs, short videos, and story captions.
    • Create impactful carousels, infographics, and quotes that resonate with target audiences.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage business leader's social media presence across X, Instagram, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Post content, schedule updates, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages as needed.
  • Personal Brand Growth:
    • Ensure consistent tone, style, and branding across all platforms.
    • Grow business leader's following organically using content hooks, engagement strategies, and relevant hashtags.
  • Research & Thought Leadership:
    • Conduct industry research and competitor benchmarking for better positioning of the business leaders.
    • Identify speaking opportunities, collaborations, and panel features aligned with business leader branding.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in personal branding, executive communications, or social media marketing.
    • Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for leadership tone and business storytelling.
  • Preferred Traits:
    • Strong sense of empathy and ability to reflect another person's voice authentically.
    • Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven.
