Business Intelligence Specialist

This role involves supporting the design, execution, and optimization of business processes, tools, and initiatives across a network.

A growth-oriented position ideal for someone with 4–5 years of relevant experience who wants to deepen their expertise in strategy, data analysis, and process improvement within the health & fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate maps and documentation of business processes across departments.
  • Synthesizing data for management dashboards.
  • Evaluating and testing new technology platforms and preparing strategic cases.
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring timely updates with stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports and SOPs for management and communication.
  • Collaborating with teams during system rollouts, incentives, or policies.
  • Providing analytical and operational support to leadership.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, or ERP software is advantageous.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions.
  • Possession of a passion for the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus.
