Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Business Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for blending data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.

Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL.

In addition, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making is also a critical aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders
  • B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
