AI Engineer Wanted

We're seeking a talented developer to help us build AI-powered tools at our non-profit organization. Our mission is to bridge the opportunity gap for underprivileged students through mentorship, guidance, and inspiration.

Our team is passionate about creating innovative solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. We're looking for someone with strong Python skills, hands-on experience with FastAPI, and knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and Vector DBs.

Your Role
  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI tools using LangChain, FastAPI, and Vector DBs (Pinecone etc)
  • Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, chunking, and similarity search
  • Develop smart workflows with persistent memory (Redis, in-memory caching, or custom layers)
  • Build modular APIs that are async, fast, and production-ready
  • Implement end-to-end features — from prompt engineering to deploying in Docker/CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills
  • Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience with FastAPI (async endpoints, dependency injection, modular project structure)
  • Knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS)
  • Comfort with stateful/memory systems (Redis, Postgres JSONB, or custom context persistence)
  • Familiarity with Docker and Git-based CI/CD workflows
  • Understanding of Postgres schema design and migrations
