Expert High-Speed Digital Design Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Digital Design Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing and developing high-speed digital IP cores and subsystems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in high-speed digital IP core and subsystem development, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our design and verification processes, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art technology that powers the next generation of intelligent systems, ensuring the highest quality standards in the design and implementation of our products, and facilitating seamless collaboration across global teams.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with over 10 years of hands-on experience developing high-speed digital IP cores and/or SOCs. You should also have knowledge of IP deliverables, ASIC implementation and physical design flow and tools, memories, logic libraries, and PDK versions. Additionally, direct hands-on experience with Primetime, Primepower/PTPX, or industry equivalent tools is required.
We are looking for a talented individual who can facilitate cross-functional collaboration, improve communication, and drive results. You should have good analysis, debugging, and problem-solving skills, as well as solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear and concise documentation and provide training.
If you have experience with other Synopsys tools such as StarRC, ICV, and experience with Ansys RedHawk, it would be a plus. Working knowledge of high-speed interface protocols such as HDMI, MIPI, PCIe, SATA, Ethernet, USB, DP, and DDR is also highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing high-speed digital IP cores and/or SOCs
- Knowledge of IP deliverables, ASIC implementation and physical design flow and tools, memories, logic libraries, and PDK versions
