Job Title: Sr. Staff Engineer - High Speed DDR/HBM Layout Design

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Staff Engineer to lead our high-speed DDR/HBM layout design efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the layout design, development and implementation of technical solutions for high-speed DDR/HBM designs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership in high-speed design such as DDR/HBM.
  • Work with DDR PHY team, package engineers and system engineers to meet design specifications.
Requirements:
  • High speed signal understanding and verification experience.
  • Advanced tool usage and floorplanning techniques.
  • Familiarity with ASIC physical design flow, LEF generation, Place & Route and top level verification flow.
  • Good understanding of ESD and latchup layout design considerations.
  • DRC/LVS, LPE, EM and IR considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scripting skills for layout automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remote site interaction and coordination activities.
