MERN Stack Technical Lead

We seek an accomplished professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications utilizing the MERN stack.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong expertise in React, Node.js, and Next.js, accompanied by hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for leading the design, development, and deployment of MERN-based applications.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, suggest technical solutions, provide regular updates, and handle escalations.
  • Work within the Agile/Scrum framework to manage the development cycle, ensuring proper sprint planning, task assignment, and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately estimate time and resources required for tasks, guaranteeing projects remain within scope and on schedule.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services to architect, deploy, and manage application infrastructure, applying DevOps principles to optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and improve application performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront for managing scalable infrastructure.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, or other CI/CD tools to automate workflows and deploy applications efficiently.
  • Proficient in Agile development methodologies and experience in leading sprints, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
