Software Architectural Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architectural Leader to lead our team in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the MERN stack.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in MERN Stack.
  • Strong front-end skills including HTML, CSS, React Js, Typescript, Next Js, XML, JQuery.
  • Proficient in backend technologies like Node.js, Express/Nest js, REST APIs, Microservices, ORM.
  • Experienced with various databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, Firebase.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Lambda, CDN.
  • Familiarity with unit test frameworks.
  • Experience in SEO and website performance enhancement.
  • Integration of third-party APIs like Google APIs, stripe, AWS services, socket.io, etc.
  • Deployment strategies on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and document end-to-end workflow and feature requirements.
  • Contribution to problem-solving through innovative solutions.
  • Independent design, development, modification, implementation, and support of software components.
  • Root cause analysis for complex software issues and practical technical solutions.
  • Task planning, estimation, scheduling, and code architecture decisions.
  • Team handling, client interaction, and best software development practices.
  • Collaboration with Senior Engineers, Architect, Product, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentorship of junior developers for skill/knowledge development.
  • Adaptation to new technologies and challenges while mentoring and communicating project updates.
