As a vital member of our organization, the Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, handle guest relations, and address student accommodation concerns efficiently.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visiting faculty, and external guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure professional and courteous handling of phone calls, emails, and in-person queries, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records, appointment schedules, and check-in/check-out logs, guaranteeing seamless operations.
  • Act as a liaison between students and administration for hostel-related queries, fostering effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Address and resolve student complaints related to facilities and services, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Additional Tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of Building B (hostel & guest accommodation), streamlining processes and enhancing guest experience.
  • Monitor upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of hostel and guesthouse facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and comfort.
  • Report property-related issues and ensure timely resolution, maintaining a proactive approach to facility management.
  • Manage documentation related to hostel occupancy, guest bookings, and complaint registers, maintaining accuracy and transparency throughout.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Hospitality, Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, or facility management is required.
  • Experience in handling student accommodation/hostel management is an added advantage, demonstrating a strong understanding of the nuances involved.
