Medical Sales Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Partner to join our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners across the medical/healthcare ecosystem in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills. Proven experience in sales and sales management is essential. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
This role involves approaching independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals to explain the benefits of partnering with us. This includes increasing patient footfall through online visibility and referral networks, as well as providing access to discounted consultations and cashback programs. Additionally, you will help onboard diagnostic labs and medicine stores near onboarded doctors and promote our platform benefits.
In this dynamic role, you will work independently and remotely, utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to close partnerships and activate them on our platform. The successful candidate will earn lucrative payouts per successful onboarding, making this an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
