Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and a passion for quality assurance. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of our work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards across all output, reviewing print materials for accuracy and consistency
  • Verify grammatical correctness and enforce brand messaging consistency
  • Collaborate with the QC lead and proofreader to maintain quality control
  • Extend quality control to video, social, and digital assets
  • Establish and maintain quality procedures and standards
  • Implement quality gateways to ensure consistent output
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance creative team performance
  • Stay current with industry standards and best practices
  • Maintain detailed records of quality checks and approvals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering quality results
  • Exceptional attention to detail in design, typography, and layout
  • Strong understanding of print production processes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid skills in colour management
  • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
  • In-depth understanding of brand guidelines and their application
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising legal requirements
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability to shifting priorities
