Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the daily operations of concrete production and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nelamangala & Yelahanka. The successful candidate will supervise production staff, coordinate with various departments, and continuously monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee the daily operations of concrete production, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Production Experience: At least 2 years of experience in production management and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete: Strong knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete production processes.
  • Specialty Concretes: Expertise in Specialty Concretes like Porous, Coloured, Self Compacting, Lightweight Concrete, etc.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in Nelamangala.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.
