Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end supply chain operations in the medical device industry. Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and CE standards, as well as experience with supplier quality management, NC/CAPA processes, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  2. Assist in supplier selection, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
  3. Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and reduce waste through efficient logistics and distribution.
  4. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes to meet customer demands.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; oversee supplier audits and performance monitoring.
  6. Manage non-conformance reporting, documentation, and corrective/preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier reliability, regulatory changes, disruptions).
  8. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), perform root cause analysis, and generate management reports.
  9. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless operations.
  10. Support process improvements initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the medical device/healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (APICS, CSCP, CQE, or similar) preferred.
