Job Title: Supply Chain Expertise Required

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support end-to-end supply chain operations in the medical device industry.

  • Manage supplier quality and non-conformances, driving process improvements for a robust and efficient supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and CE standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Chain Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Sourcing & Procurement - Assist in supplier selection, purchase order management, and vendor negotiations.
  3. Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste.
  4. Logistics & Distribution - Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes.
  5. Supplier Quality & Compliance - Oversee supplier audits and performance monitoring.
  6. Non-Conformance (NC) & CAPA - Manage NC reporting and corrective/preventive actions.
  7. Risk Management - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  8. Data Analysis & Reporting - Track KPIs and generate management reports.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with manufacturing, quality, sales, and product teams.
  10. Process Improvement - Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in the medical device/healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and CE Marking regulations.
  • Experience with supplier quality management and risk management.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (APICS, CSCP, CQE, or similar) preferred.
