Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Credit Analysis Expert. This role involves performing thorough credit evaluations, analyzing financial data, and providing expert recommendations to senior-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, business model review, and management risk assessment for large corporate customers.
  • Develop and analyze cash flow-based models to assess cash flows and working capital.
  • Review annual reports, borrower/promoter background, and credit notes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to review customer accounts and provide expert advice.
  • Assign internal ratings to customers and prepare recommendation notes to inform senior-level decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry dynamics, RBI circulars, and bank policies to ensure compliance and best practices.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess credit proposals, review cases according to credit policy parameters, and document checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze observations for necessary corrections in credit appraisal to maintain the highest level of integrity.
  • Prepare CAM/Reports highlighting the quality of information for senior-level decision-making to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor delinquency, exceptions, and portfolio movement to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain data required by senior management to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in credit evaluation in a bank (not NBFC).
