Job Description

As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing profitability, market share, and revenue growth for a brand portfolio in the short and long term. Your primary objective is to achieve market share objectives of the brands by enhancing prescription base and prescriber base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans.
  • To enhance market share objectives of the brands.
  • To align strategies to divisional business plan for medium and long term.

You will also be responsible for monitoring business performance and supporting the portfolio with regular tracking and market intelligence through primary research and customer connect.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing OR Pharma. Management degree.
  • 8 - 12 years of product marketing experience in the Pharma Industry.
  • Experience in development, collaboration, implementation, and accountability for strategic and operational plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
