Policy Manager - Liabilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our policy management efforts for liabilities products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement compliance strategies across various liabilities products.
  • Develop and maintain robust process frameworks to ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to RBI related circulars.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of RBI processes, audit parameters, AML guidelines, and fraud management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting for policies and processes.
  • Analyze the impact of introducing new or revised policies on branches, customers, and products.
  • Serve as a key liaison for continuity, integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Maintain alignment of processes and policies with internal and external guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an MBA from a top-tier college.
  • Prior experience in setting up policies and processes for liabilities products is a significant advantage.
