Policy Roles at the Intersection of State and National Affairs

About the Role:
  • This policy specialist position involves research on state and national policies, legislative frameworks, and socio-economic trends relevant to client objectives.
  • The successful candidate will provide actionable policy insights to clients and support in developing advocacy strategies for Karnataka-specific issues.
  • The role requires drafting policy briefs, government submissions, and consultation responses tailored for regional and national stakeholders.
  • Duties also include assisting in building and managing relationships with state government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations in Karnataka.
  • Tracking state-level policy developments, budget announcements, and reforms impacting clients across sectors is a key responsibility.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Law, or related fields is essential.
  • Two–four years of experience in policy research, advocacy, consulting, or government affairs; familiarity with Karnataka's policy and governance landscape is preferred.
