About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and product guidance to customers regarding lubricant applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and product guidance to customers regarding lubricant applications
  • Conduct on-site inspections and machinery analysis to recommend suitable lubricants
  • Offer troubleshooting support for mechanical issues related to lubrication systems
  • Educate customers on product usage, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and feedback logs
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical concerns

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in technical support or maintenance, preferably in lubrication, automotive, or machinery sectors
  • Good knowledge of lubrication principles, mechanical components, and maintenance practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
