Channel Team Lead Job Description

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to lead our transportation operations, managing safety protocols, delivery schedules, and performance management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Account Identification: Identify and onboard new accounts through market research and potential retail store analysis
  • Account Management: Manage and drive the growth of Channel partners' stores business with us, building and executing strategic account plans
  • Field Visits: Regularly visit targeted stores to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Training and Coaching: Deliver training on processes, products, and operating models
  • Reporting: Publish routine reporting on store performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layer team, driving performance through coaching and mentoring
