We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a critical role in our organization.

The Senior Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, providing technical guidance and support to the development team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • This role also involves leading by example, mentoring and coaching other developers to strengthen their skills, fostering T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team, and having a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have 12-16 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft stack and Power platform development, a graduate degree from a reputable institute, and relevant certifications.

Additional information about this role is as follows:

  • This position involves working closely with the Product Owner (PO) and the Product Architect (PA) to prioritize development activities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team.
  • They will also improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, and improve DevOps processes such as automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, component libraries etc.
  • Furthermore, they will be able to support and guide a team of internal and external developers working on several projects simultaneously.
