Electrical Leadership Opportunity

This is an opportunity to define and own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems. As a leader in the field, you will guide the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems.

  • Techincal Leadership: Develop and drive the technical direction for power electronics systems, including AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies.
  • Design and Development: Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-efficiency power conversion solutions for electrolyzer stacks.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion.
  • Collaboration: Partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams of power electronics engineers and technicians.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with component vendors, contract manufacturers, and external design partners.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant grid codes, EMC/EMI standards, UL, IEC, IEEE, or other regulatory frameworks.

Becoming a key player in our team requires:

  • Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power electronics.
  • Experience: 18+ years of industry experience in power electronics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies, especially in multi-kilowatt to multi-megawatt power classes.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
