Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full project support, including training on eDiscovery tools, account setup, platform infrastructure, keyword searches, handling ad-hoc requests, and generating reports and statistics (training and support provided)

• Collaborate with the data team to monitor data intake, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address and mitigate them

• Facilitate document productions, ensure deadlines are met, track progress, and provide regular internal updates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and delivering meaningful contributions

• Ability to collaborate across various projects, teams, offices, and countries, both internally and externally

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey accurate information clearly over calls and emails in a professional manner
