We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Business Systems Analyst.

  • Requires 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fintech domain.
  • Must have strong documentation skills and be able to write or review security-related documents, including incident reports, proposals, policies, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
  • Will be responsible for defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
  • Must create detailed business requirements documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, release notes, etc.
  • Should be proficient in creating mock-ups, process flow charts, and working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Automation, UI).
  • Skilled in JIRA, MS-Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
  • Multiple projects experience is required.
  • Capacity planning, user stories estimation, and maintaining product and sprint backlogs by working with the Product Owner are key responsibilities.
