Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our branch's receivables, developing and implementing strategies to enhance collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This role requires a high level of problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
