Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
