Job Opportunity: Receivable Operations Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled operations professional to manage the bank's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow, collaborating with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
