We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Music Licensing Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to champion the growth of underground music with a global vision.

As a Sync Agent, you will play a crucial role in growing the reach of our artists and creating meaningful revenue opportunities through sync and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch our catalogue to music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands to secure commercial sync placements.
  • Build relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.
  • Track and manage pitches, leads, and placements for visibility on opportunities.
  • Explore secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
  • Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing sync strategies.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
