Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements. This will involve managing submissions to regulatory portals, tracking and coordinating the maintenance of regulatory registers, and communicating changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage timely submission of regulatory documents to IRDA portal.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of regulatory registers with business units and teams.
  • Communicate regulatory changes and updates to relevant parties.
  • Update records for salesperson and SP details in IIB Envoy Portal.
  • Renew licenses and maintain accurate records for applicable timelines.
  • Issue NOCs and detag PANs in IRDAI portal.
  • Apply for telemarketing license and submit necessary data.
  • Track and renew various licenses, including PO and ISNP.
  • Maintain regulatory checklists and reconcile financial data.
  • Track agreements, grievances, and audit resolutions.
  • Coordinate AML cases and track litigation outcomes.

A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar domain is required for this role.
