Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and laws.
Main Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance Management: Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Audit and Inspection Management: Coordinate and manage audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission of required documents and information.
- Circular Implementation: Implement latest circulars issued by regulatory bodies, exchanges, depositories, and other relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Compliance Calendar Management: Prepare and disseminate compliance calendars to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely submission of reports and documents.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, exchanges, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Product Launch Support: Collaborate with the team to develop new products and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Governance Dashboard Management: Maintain and analyze the monthly governance dashboard, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.

Key Requirements
