About the Position:

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for our mobile-first platform. You'll design visually stunning, intuitive interfaces that prioritize usability and engagement, setting a new benchmark for modern digital applications.

This role offers you the opportunity to bring your design expertise to a high-impact project, where you'll shape the user journey and interface for a platform users will love and trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key features.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Optimize the user journey for seamless, intuitive experiences.
User Interface (UI):
  • Create high-fidelity designs reflecting modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
  • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive, adaptive designs.
  • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for smooth development handoff.
  • Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency across the platform.
Design Systems:
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
  • Ensure accessibility standards and best practices compliance.
Testing and Iteration:
  • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform's design.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance overall usability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
  • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs for mobile-first platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning interfaces.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Deep understanding of responsive, adaptive design principles.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
